HomeLegal Realty will take care of everything including value assessment, photography, marketing & advertising, buyer verification, negotiations, closing the deal and facilitating the transfer of the property. All buyers are first verified and pre-approved by us prior to scheduling viewings.

How will I benefit as a seller?

  • Low commission of 1.95%/2.95% (or minimum R22,500) plus VAT, payable upon transfer. Our sellers save money.
  • A customer-orientated approach with a property expert assigned to you to guide you through the process before signing a mandate.
  • Free value assessment of your property.
  • No exclusive or sole mandates required – you are always in a position to sell your own property.
  • Your property will be photographed by a photographer.
  • Ongoing in house legal assistance from our real estate attorneys.
  • The transfer process handled by our team of attorneys.  (Sellers do retain their right to use their own attorneys. However, in such an event the buyer will have to pay the relevant conveyancing fees making it less favourable for such a buyer.)
  • Our marketing strategy will ensure that your property attracts as many views as possible due to the majority of buyers looking for their new homes online.
  • Marketing, buyer screenings, negotiations leading up to the transfer process and everything in-between will be handled by a team of professionals who put your interests first.
  • Upon transfer a last will and testament will be prepared for each seller at no charge.
