Since we offer a full-service solution for our sellers that list properties with us, the majority of our clients appoint our in-house HomeLegal attorneys for the transfer process. Buyers pay no attorneys’ fees as we cover the costs of conveyancing for such properties. Sellers retain the right to appoint the attorneys of their choice and will never be obligated to make use of HomeLegal attorneys. However, using HomeLegal attorneys will put their property in a more favourable marketing position.

Buyers can now browse through our listings in the Hermanus region and surrounds or let HomeLegal estate agents find you a home not currently listed with us. This is a value-added service that HomeLegal provides free of charge.
